These terms cover your use of Roo Tracker on iPhone. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The product

Roo Tracker is a practice desk. Quotes are seeded sample prints. Cash is simulated. Fills do not reach any exchange, broker, or venue. Results are for rehearsal only. They are not investment advice and not an offer to buy or sell anything.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the numbers on the desk.
• Do not treat a seeded quote as a live market print.
• Keep the phone’s passcode on if the local store should stay private.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices allowed by the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may, and you may not copy it as a competing product.

Price

The app is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions in this version.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a fill, average price, or statement will match any live book. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading decisions, lost cash in a real venue, or lost data on your device.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may stop offering the app through the App Store.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the App Store region where you downloaded the app, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
