Privacy Policy
Effective 15 August 2026
Roo Tracker (“the app”) is a local iPhone practice desk for coin lots. You work with simulated cash and a seeded book of sample quotes. This page describes what the app does with information on your device.
What we collect
The app does not create an account and does not send desk data to our servers. We do not operate a backend for this product.
Lots, fills, watchlists, and the cash book stay in the app’s local store on that iPhone (SwiftData). A small onboarding flag is stored in UserDefaults so the intro pages do not repeat.
The app does not access the camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, or location. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. App Tracking Transparency is not used. We do not sell personal information.
What leaves the phone
Opening Privacy or Terms in Settings loads this website in Safari. That request goes to the host serving these pages (Cloudflare Pages). We do not use that visit to identify you in the app.
If you write a statement PDF, the file is created on the device. Sharing it uses the iOS share sheet you choose (Mail, Files, and so on). We do not receive a copy.
Children
The app is a practice desk, not directed at children under 13. Do not enter someone else’s personal data that you do not have a right to keep on the phone.
Deleting data
Settings → Delete All Data removes lots, fills, watchlists, and the cash book and returns the intro screens. Settings also lets you reset simulated cash. Uninstalling the app removes the local store.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you have read the new text.
